Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may return products purchased from LustNest within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
• Products must be in resalable condition
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
• Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return unless defective
• Gift cards are non-refundable
• Sale items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been opened, used, or had their seals broken
• Intimate or personal care items once opened (for hygiene reasons)
• Digital products or downloadable content
• Services that have been partially or fully rendered

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

• Contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
• We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for return
3. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions
4. Package the items securely with all original packaging and include the RAN
5. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions

5. Return Shipping

Please note the following regarding return shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
• Return shipping fees are non-refundable

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or item:

• Follow the return process outlined above
• Indicate in your return request that you would like an exchange
• Specify the item you would like to receive instead
• If the exchange item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference
• If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference

8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled:

• Within 2 hours of placement for standard orders
• Before the order has been processed for shipping
• Cancellation requests should be sent to orders@lustnest.com with your order number

9. Service Bookings

For spa and wellness service bookings:

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before the appointment time will receive a full refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% charge
• No-shows will be charged the full service amount
• Rescheduling is available at no additional cost if done 24+ hours in advance
