For optimal shelf life and effectiveness, store your LustNest products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Some products, particularly those with high natural oil content, may perform better when stored in a cool environment. Check individual product packaging for specific storage instructions. Most of our products have a shelf life of 12-24 months when unopened, and 6-12 months after opening.

No, LustNest is proudly cruelty-free. We do not test our products on animals, nor do we work with suppliers who conduct animal testing. We use alternative testing methods and human volunteers to ensure our products are safe and effective.

How do I book a spa appointment?
Booking a spa appointment with LustNest is easy! You can book online through our "Book Appointment" page, call our customer service line, or use our mobile app. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot, especially for weekend appointments. A 50% deposit is required for appointments valued over ₦20,000.

What should I expect during my first spa visit?
For your first visit, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early to complete a consultation form. Our therapist will discuss your needs and preferences before your treatment. Wear comfortable clothing and avoid heavy meals before your appointment. All necessary items like robes and slippers will be provided. After your treatment, you're welcome to relax in our lounge area and enjoy complimentary herbal tea.

What is your cancellation policy for spa appointments?
We understand that plans can change. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time without any charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge of the service price. No-shows will be charged the full service amount. For package bookings or group appointments, please refer to the specific terms provided at the time of booking.

Do you offer mobile services?
Yes, we offer mobile wellness services within Lagos. Our trained therapists can bring the LustNest experience to your home, office, or event. Mobile services require a minimum booking value of ₦30,000 and should be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance. Additional travel fees may apply depending on your location. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We offer several shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): ₦1,500
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): ₦3,000
- Same-day Delivery (Lagos only, order before 12pm): ₦5,000
Free standard shipping is available for orders over ₦15,000. International shipping is available to select countries with delivery times of 7-14 business days. -
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number. Once your return is approved, you'll receive instructions on how to send the items back. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. Our customer service team will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Yes, we ship to select countries in Africa, Europe, and North America. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history. For orders within Lagos, we provide real-time tracking through our delivery partners. How does the loyalty program work?
Our LustNest Rewards program lets you earn points with every purchase. For every ₦1,000 spent, you earn 10 points. These points can be redeemed for discounts, free products, or exclusive services. Members also receive special perks like birthday gifts, early access to new products, and exclusive invitations to LustNest events. You can check your points balance and available rewards in your account dashboard. Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided they haven't been processed for shipping. To request a modification or cancellation, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number. After the 2-hour window, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made, as orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If your order has already been shipped, you'll need to follow our return process.
